Scania 142 V8 Wrecker . Scania 142 V8 wrecker scaled 1:13 . Recently i have done a lot of work on WIP's i had standing around. This particular build i have been working on for longer time. I wanted it to be something special. I am a big Scania lover, and the old 80's V8 142 series are among my big favorites. Before starting i got a lot of inspiration on the web, and this truck is basically a mix of existing trucks from the past. Being an 1:13 scale build the truck is very big. I guess it clocks around 6 kilo's and about 7000 bricks. It features the following working parts. - Steering on first and second axle. - working doors on cabin and wrecker body. - Effer crane, turnable and foldable. - Bro main arm, and three stage stinger. - two wrinches - Tiltable cabin In order to get all the detail i used some new building techniques, like tiling the contour of the cabin. I have put many hours in getting the chassis and the engine right, and the interior of the wrecker body. Hope you like it!
