Shalong . . Having tons of new balljoints from Witch Doctor, I went nuts with them :D I wanted to use them to create a flexible, segmented design. In particular, I wanted to build my first eastern dragon. It turned out great, I think, considering the size of this.Eastern dragons have commonly long, thin and flexible bodies, no wings and short legs. Usually they also have a mane or spiked crest along their spine. The Shalong are dragonic creatures living in the elemental universe. Representing the element of shadow, the shadow temple was an ideal place for them to live. Elsewhere they prefer dark caverns, forest floors or tunnels. Being fed in the shadow temple by the shadow elementalists, the Shalong are like guard dogs, protecting the temple. Their flexible strong and long bodies allow them to stroke their targets. They are also good climbers, running up and down pillars of the temple. They also have a weak shadow breath, which makes the target pass out for some time. Bog: YEEHAW! Hi ho, Shalong!Slo: Come down from there you moron!Bog: Never! Bog: Gah..! It strokes... It hurts...Slo: *sigh* I told you... Monarth: *pets Shalong*Shalong: *dhurr*Monarth: This makes for an ideal pet! :)Yep yep, I used 21 balljoints for this. Witch Doctor's pieces were big help, I used his balljoints, -sockets and those black claws/spikes. Although small and simple, I think this is one of my favorite mocs to date :DI hope you like this and leave some comments and ratings below =]
