Why?
MOC Olympics Round 1 . Can you dig it? . Category: Earth Compliance to rules Here Some things that dig in the Earth. Sig-gnome Stu makes digging mischief. “Mary, is that you? I put a front door in so you don’t have to come through the walls dear!” “Er, boss, we got a serious problem here. No, not rock monsters, how’s our public liability cover?” Mole on his own. Earthworms - "No Wilf, I gave up drinking when my cousin ended up in a bottle of Tequila!" Power miners mini-walker. Notes/ 4th Wall No massive story from me today (I’ll save that for later rounds if I advance). I was quite surprised there were not more mole or earthworm builds to speak of on the pages. Plenty of mole-machines and giant death-worms though – what does that say about us? I tried constructing the worms from flesh heads and they looked wrong, so tan it is. The mole is in bley so there was some contrast for his spectacles and so it wasn’t so dark in his hole. Yes, they are cartoony. I don’t do realism so well. Thanks again to the judges for putting up their free-time to run this and also for putting their hands in their pockets for the prizes. It is greatly appreciated, and you show far more patience than I could muster. Good luck to all the competitors this year. Thanks for looking.
