Cityscape . Here is my long awaited entry for the "Out of your Comfort Zone" contest. I was given the theme: City/Cityscape. And I admit it was rather tricky. This creation is the result of around 30hrs of planning and building. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out and I hope you enjoy it too (especially you judges). . Here is the link to the contest's homepage. Ground level: Intersection (with cross walks) and a building. Traffic light. Who is that handsome chap?! Behind the glass: Oh dear! It looks like the jewelry store is being robbed! A police office, unaware of what is occurring twenty feet away. Construction! And what's he doing with that saw? The clown: It looks like Jr. here is learning the trade (juggling). Underground: Sewer and subway platform. Life wasn't always this way: This poor homeless fellow was a Clown (street performer) once too. From the looks of things up top, he's going to have company soon. The sewer pipe. Waiting for the subway? Above: A rather artistic shot of the subway rail. Below: The build minus the figs. Below: The Smart car: This is based off of the original Lego City version, but I added a bunch of modifications (rear view mirrors, break lights, etc.). The Mini-figs: The purple and yellow studs are suppose to be two-toned juggling balls for the clown. Random civilians. The homeless guy: Probably my favorite mini-fig to design in this build.
