Why?
Amphibious Warfare Ship . . The role of the Amphibious Warfare Ship is fundamentally different from a standard aircraft carrier; its aviation facilities have the primary role of hosting helicopters and/or light attack jets to support forces ashore rather than to support strike aircraft. However, they are capable of serving in the sea-control role, embarking VTOL aircraft fighters and ASW helicopters. These ships are designed to carry or support various types of landing craft, such as air-cushioned landing craft (hovercraft) or LCUs. Without any further, and no more ado, I give you the Tybalt class AWS. I really like the way I designed these towers, I dont know why, but they are aesthetically pleasing to me. Another picture, because I like them. The drydock door lowered. The Drydock door Raised, this is also Drydock number 2, theres three more. Drydock number 1. Drydocks numbers 3 and 4. This is a cut-in view of an amphibious carrier I found on the interwebs (I forgot where). Imagine this, except 3 times bigger, thats my Carrier. My facsimile jet makes yet another appearance. Well thats it, I can never think of much to say whenever I do these Micro's. Remember to rate, comment and maybe if you like me enough add me as a favorite builder.
