Porsche "Salzburg" 917 . Finally I get to post my 1971 Le Mans winning Porsche 917 which has been gathering dust for over a month. Built to go with my Mercedes Transporter which are both built for Ape Fights brilliant Classic Race Teams Group. . I tried to make this look as close to the original car as possible which unfortunately meant having to sacrifice functionality so not many opening wonders to bee seen here. But i hope you'll find some nifty details to comment on :-) I have ordered decals for this, my next project, the Sunoco 917/30 and my McLaren F1 car and i will post them all together once they are applied. I'll let the photos do the talking here because i'm using MortalSwordsmans computer as mine has died :-( Hope you like it as much as i do, it looks great inside the transpoter and i only have to build two more cars to fill it :-) Ho Ho Happy Christmas to one and all!
