Pirai, the Iron Wolf . My self-MOC and member of the Toa Rela, it's Pirai, the Iron Wolf!
I take pride in the fact that I used absolutely no black parts in this creation. :D
Enjoy the MOC! (Note: This is the fourth version of Pirai, but the others went unposted.) . Name: Pirai
Gender: Male
Element: Iron
Species: Matoran
Race: Fe-Toa
Occupation: Toa Rela, Protector of Rela Nui
Titles: the Iron Wolf, 'Ka-Fe'
Primary Mask: Kanohi Reko, Mask of Teleportation- allows the user to instantly transport themselves to a location they can visualize clearly.
Toa Tool: Pirai's Toa tool was stolen from his Suva before he became a Toa; how is unknown.
Weapons: Rama-Bane (broadsword), Protoscythe, numerous others (that are not pictured)
Alignment: Chaotic Good (typically)
Affiliation: Toa Rela, Toa Arka
Status: Alive; currently trying to save time-space continuum
Personality: The third member of the Toa Rela, Pirai is known for his battle skills. He is agile, quick, intelligent, and elementally adept; he is a bit less-than-average in strength, but is a well-rounded fighter otherwise. He is eager to prove himself to his teammates, and will often charge directly into a fight, especially if the odds are quite obviously against him.
Bio: Pirai was once a Fe-Matoran armor and weapons crafter. He was very skilled at his job, and crafted the armor he would later wear as a Toa. At one point Pirai received a shipment of metals that had been mined on the newly-rediscovered island of Arka Nui. As he prepared the metal to be melted down, he accidentally grabbed a Toa stone that was within the pile. Pirai was instantly transformed, and donned a Toa-sized suit of armor he had once crafted, in the eventuality that he ever became a Toa. Pirai set out for the village Suva, but upon opening the compartment for his Toa tool, there was nothing there. Instead Pirai decided to craft his own weapons, and did so. Later Pirai joined the Toa Rela. This team stayed on their home island for a time, in order to defend the villages from the threat of the Makuta-kara and their demonic creations. Soon after the Makuta-kara's defeat, Pirai and the rest of the Toa Rela began a journey across much of the known universe, in search of the Lost Being known only in legend as Un'duul. They defeated some of the worst Makuta ever known; destroyed insurgent Visorak hordes; and ended a plague that had fallen upon Spherus Magna. These and many more were the tasks of the Toa Rela; and all of these tasks they carried out, until finally they were, quite literally, all lost to history.

Due to the mold of his Kanohi Reko, Pirai is often called the Iron Wolf, after the Bara Magnan animal of the same name.

Here you can see his Protoscythe, his secondary weapon. He once had two of these, but dual scythes are overkill, if you ask me.

Overview of the body. Pirai recently received a custom overhaul, as did (or will) most of my MOCs.
The torso, with heartlight (FTW, Cossy). This was the first part of him I built, and it has received minimal changes over the time Pirai has been assembled.
The back. Two connection points for storing weapons. Currently only one, the scythe or the sword, can be attached at a time, but I'm developing better weapon storage designs. Also, greebles!
The arm. The upper arm is quite bulky, but looks good.
Back of the arm. The forearm is custom too (well, all of him is).
The hands. Nothing special, but note that one hand has grey fingers and the other has silver.

These are one of the best parts of the MOC- the legs. The upper legs are simple, but custom.
The lower legs, on the other hand, are extremely complex. They took me a few days to perfect, but the end result is awesome.

Here is Pirai's head, without the Reko (Bulk 3.0 helmet). This is not his actual head, per se, but a means of attaching the Reko.
Pose.
Completely armorless, to show the design. Entirely custom! Yes! Oh, that Inika shoulder piece on Pirai's chest is armor, but it holds him together, so I couldn't take it off.
