Why?
The "Crab" Autonomous Salvage Drone/Quadruped Mech . The "Crab" is an autonomous salvage drone that transforms from a small space craft into a quadruped mech. . I'm still experimenting with small scale transforming mechs. This is the smallest yet. I think he has a lot of personality and detail. His primary function is to scour the area for salvage that can be used in field repairs or modifications. I imagine he goes about his work grumbling about what a pain it is to constantly have to clean up after the big boys fight. Please rate and comment, thank you! Rear view: Arms folded in: I love the eyebrows: I imagine that he is dropped from orbit onto the battlefield. Of course, he complains all the way down... Flight mode: Bottom view: The Crab in action: "Look at this mess! They expect me to carry this back so they can get the mods. Well what about my mods! Doesn't anyone ever think of my mods?! I need mods too, you know." "No one else could carry all this salvage, that's for sure." My collection of micro transforming mechs for size comparison:
