Ground Hog . My first Mecha. The one and only Ground Hog (rather aptly named)! . The Ground Hog. My first Mech, and a rather hard brute to tackle with my limited part collection. In an ideal world she would have been sleeker, but hey. You can't win them all. Front view. This is one of those Mechs that look better in real life. The side, which doesn't look quite as harsh as previous attempts. This Mech is all about sharp angles, as you may have noticed. I tried to keep the back from becoming an ugly mess of exposed back studs. Still not pretty though. This picture gives it a bit more form. When I have sufficient parts I might think of remaking this thing in a fetching industrial gray. Grow up. Some of the leg detail. I wanted to make them as articulate as my Lego collection would allow, hence the misplaced coloring. The do look pretty interesting however, and allow a lot of movement. Legs fully extended, it measures approximately 20ft in minifig scale. Walk my pretty, walk!
