Why?
Vanishing Eden . . My second entry for the MOCathalon 2012 Perpetual Motion Squad 23. Vanishing Eden Create a MOC that touches on environmental consciousness. Pick a life form or location from anywhere in the world that is threatened, and do a MOC that raises awareness. I decided not to concentrate on one endangered species, I thought I'd build a natural scene displaying all the flora that this world is losing by the day. The Panda takes main stage but I think it is also important to make the point that it's not just fauna that is endangered, it's flora that is also at risk. Finally I had inspiration for the Panda with Pistols from Julien D'andon's BAD PANDA RECORDS artwork. A lot of people have been led to believe this panda was created by the infamous graffiti artist Banksy (including myself) until I did a bit of research and found out who the actual creator was. Hope you all like it, I really enjoyed building this and hopefully Pandas and all the endangered natural beauty will be around for our future generations to enjoy.
