Why?
The Assault on Tylis. . The sound of oars could be heard a mile away. The soldiers and citizens rushed to the bulwarks, hoping to see which of the two fleets it might be. Cries and groans came from the crowd, for the flags of the ships were red, the color of the rebellion. But, had the Loyal fleet been defeated? And if so, would the enemy offer the city terms? The attackers disembarked quickly and advanced boldly through the storm of missiles. The defenders poured Greek fire on the enemy, but they pressed on in spite of the efforts of the defenders. And the city was doomed. . This scene is in a theme that I and my brother developed some time ago. It's genre is more ancient then my usual medieval era. This creation won first place in the Greco-Roman LEGO group contest on Feb 4 2012 This creation was also blogged by The Brothers Brick. :D A few more views... This Tips and ideas are appreciated! :) Have a blessed day.
