1934 Mercedes-Benz 540K Autobahnkurier . I wanted to build the most exquisite old-timer vehicle in a pretty large scale and the decision was pretty easy. Ever since I stumbled upon this model I wanted to build it and I am very glad I did. It took me a lot of time, energy, planning, not to mention new bricks because it is a large model and you can't not build it's engine and cockpit as well. I can't say I am 100% satisfied with it because I couldn't seem to find the appropriate bricks to emphasize the curves and all the real features but I believe I did pretty good here. I tried my best and I believe that should be enough. One thing that was a pretty wrong decision was putting the shock absorbers on it. I put 4 Unimog's and I even put the tight rubber bands but it is not enough to support the weight of the back side. No wonder. The bastard is 60 cm long. What I am proud of is the choice of colors. This car in reality you can't find on internet in any other color than black. I wanted to make it a bit sporty and this is what came out. I hope you like it. .
