Why?
Sechseläuten . The Sechseläuten is a Zurich spring holiday . Tomorrow is in Zurich Sechseläuten. Sechseläuten means in English something like "the ringing of the bells at six". One of the main things at this event is the Böögg, at six o'clock the wood under the Böögg will be fired. In the end the head of the Böögg explodes. The earlier the head explodes the better will be the summer. History: In the medieval the guilds of Zurich had to work in the winter until five p. m. and in the summer until six p. m. The Sechseläuten was the first day the guilds had to work until six p. m. This is the Böögg, it emblemizes a snowman which personates the winter.
