Evil Hord From Understairia . The evil army from Understairia waiting to destroy the emperor of Basmentonia and his family. . Baron Dratsab, who owns the lands of Understairia, is tired of being relegated to these forsaken lands. Long ago he betrayed the Emperor of Basmentonia and lost his lands as a result. These lands were divided between the Emperorís two children and Dratsab wants them back. However, not willing to just settle on getting the land, he wants to destroy the Emperor and rule the Empire himself. (I changed my ruler to an emperor so that my kids could have kings and queens and it would fit the story better). Dratsab had been caught studying the forbidden art of necromancy, the offence against the empire, and in his exile he continued his studies to perfection. Now between his alliances with the orcs and goblins plus his undead creations, he has an army strong enough to overthrow the Emperor and the Empire. Spies for the Baron had been working hard to cause strife between the Emperor and the other rulers. Through assassinations and deception Dratsab had finally managed to bring war between the rulers of Basmentonia. Soon he will exact his revenge and rule the Empire through fear and death Ė his undead army will swell and rivers of blood will flow. Maybe he will stop there, maybe he will continue until the entire world is hisÖ The Emperorís armies and those of his children are massing on the fields for the upcoming battle (now having to be put on hold due to an unfortunate Nintendo Wii accident). Dratsabís plan is to wait until the armies have engaged in battle and any reserves have been deployed before he sweeps down and destroys the three armies. General Reeper will lead the armies to victory against the enemy troops while Dratsab battles the likely spent wizards of the Emperor and his children. The plan is perfect! So this was going to be the twist in the upcoming battle, my kidís and my armies were going to rally and battle the Evil Hord uniting in a happy Hollywood ending. But with the battlefield suffering unfortunate damage, and a big exam coming up in October, it looks like reconstruction will have to wait. I have received a few comments about armies not being mocs, and I certainly appreciate all constructive comments from those that dwell on these pages, but I would at least appreciate being given the chance to reply. If you really have a problem with the armies I create, and need to express yourself, then please do. However, donít do it anonymously Ė at least have the stones to use your own account. I wonít rain down wraith upon your creations in retaliation; that isnít my style. Personally I love minifigs (in case you havenít guessed), and I love minifig armies. Any army (squad, group, etc) that I see gets a knee-jerk four from me and more often than not a five. Donít get me wrong, I love all types of creations and I donít restrict myself to rating only those mocs that fall into the genres that I like. I try to review many of the creations that are posted on these pages, but I will go out of my way to track down the armies and review them. So for me armies and darn near anything minifig related (like customs) are mocs. With that being said, I donít care if one Ďthinksí the army is a moc or not, for me it is. In addition, I donít have deep pockets :-( I wish I did; then you would really see some serious armies :-) Creating these took time (years) and patience (especially on the part of my understanding wife). So if you have an opinion and you would like to share, then please do so Ė I look forward to comments. Thanks to everyone who views and reviews, I do hope that you enjoy this creation. Shameless plug for a great seller): I would like to thank mnementh from Troy's Surplus LEGO for many of the great parts I collected for this army. His service and quality of his product are both excellent. www.leejones.ca
