Hero Suit MK-III [Bio-Cup 2012: Round 3] . Bio-Cup round three, category 4 - "Hardsuit - a hardsuit/mech for a toa/hero" . My opponent is Monarth GS Monarth GS's Homepage When I saw the category "Hardsuit" I was so glad I had to build that. Because I really have a hard time if it comes to vehicles. Anyway I based this build on the concept I had with my "T34-Power Suit" with a pilot who controls the hardsuit with all his limbs instead of a mech like my "B7U power suit " MOC. So I took a standard Hero and built a suit around him. The hero can be removed without problems except for the hands with are attached with axles.(Details can be seen in the pictures). "The Hero Factory engineers were instructed to create a hardsuit for the heroes to wear in emergency situations when there is no time to change their armor in the Assembly Tower. The Mark III suit is their best design for it yet and can already be used in combat situations. The Mark I had no power source and used a hero's core to function. However with a failed experiment the hero which was involved had to undergo a core tranfer. So the Mark II tried to solve that problem but had a really unstable power source and the hero's movements were very limited. But the Mark II got rid of all those problems. It has two plasma power sources, a razor-sharp blade and two plasma shooters. It also enhances the hero's strenght, speed because the hero doesn't need to rely much on his hero core. With the latest breakout the suits have done really well and have been proven to work even better than expected."
