Robin's Skycycle . . I am a big fan of the nightwing character, but i do not have that minifig. While thinking about The story arc of Dick Grayson growing out of the Robin character, I decided that Robin needed some cutting edge vehicles. All too often he rides along with Batman or is stuck with some cheesy looking robin version of Batmans stuff. The idea behind this super compact VTOL is for rapid deployment and 3d manuverability in an Urban environment. While the Skycycle itself looks much like any of the many DARPA or NASA concept drawings floating around the web Robin's craft features a revolutionary powerplant that uses a 15 lb microturbine to generate the necessary electric power to run the craft for up to 3 hr flight times. Needless to say, Robin is quite pleased with his recent aquisition.
