AEGAKS/PMDEM-Mwh-103 “Stratus” . The AEGAKS/PMDEM Mwh-103 “Stratus” is Exocorp’s answer to the AEGAKS-116-MWh “Peregrine”. . The Mwh-103 “Stratus” is the result of a joint project between Exocorp and the Sentai province. It was designed as a cheaper, mass production variant of the AEGAKS-116-MWh “Peregrine”(Though only one unit was built and tested). Like all of Exocorp’s prototypes, and because of its function as an experimental work platform, the Stratus was constructed primarily from an Arkham M Frame. As engineers had designated the Stratus as an experimental platform, they decided that all non-combat features be excluded from the design, including experimental weapons (a stark contrast to the Sigmus). As a result of this, the Stratus has no weapons or offensive capability, save for two integrated beam sabers. The ejected components of the Stratus. In addition to the cockpit, the flight pack also ejects. The Stratus was built to test the idea of a reliable flight pack that would be able to stay on the battlefield for long durations of time. The flight pack is fixed to the frame, unlike that of the Peregrine’s flight pack. The main boosters are shown stowed. The booster stacks are mounted on joints that allow them to shift slightly to control flight direction. Additionally, the rocket engines are mounted on servos, allowing them a slight degree of movement as well, providing additional maneuverability. The Stratus also features four thrusters on the legs and shoulders, which are mounted on joints to provide direction when flying or launching. COMMENTARY Well, I’m especially prideful of this one. I like the way it looks, though the color could be different. The color reminded me of the Space Shuttles and all that, and being a spaceflight fan, I couldn’t resist the temptation, even if it did make it look like the Peregrine a little too much. Oh…and yes the Stratus is PMDEM 103.102 has been made, but has not been uploaded yet. Actually 103 up to 106 have been made, just not posted. Overenthusiasm. Period.
