Why?
Great Eagle . . As the final installment in my wing experiment I wanted to make some wings with a greater degree of flexibility and articulation than the previous versions and which were more likely to be made from real bricks since they didn't rely on such obscure parts as Gryphon did. Also, unlike Gryphon it is a much more stable design. Some of the articulation structure is based on wing designs in my dragons. Having made a giant eagle I couldn't help but notice that it was the perfect size for a great eagle from LOTR. Be sure to check out installments 1 and 2 in my wing series to see the evolution of my design. Acknowledgments: Background Mordor Background Sky Background Arial Bricks used: 686
