Why?
Lamp and End Table . A LEGO lamp and endtable . This basically started with me thinking about pieces manufactured for certain purposes. I was looking through my collection, and found a few notable ones: 4337 Sports Basketball Net - Other than a basketball net, perhaps a wastebasket? Or a lampshade. ;D Brick 1 x 6 x 5 with NBA Logo and Basketball Backboard Pattern - This has always bugged me. It's a great trans-clear piece, but IT HAS THE NBA LOGO AND BACKBOARD ON IT. /sighhhh Any of those planet hemispheres. Take your pick on this page. These boat molds. Those are the ones that stuck out to me. I'm sure if I did a full catalog of my collection, I would find a lot more. So, using the basketball net and backboard, I made this cute little lamp and endtable. I'm going to try and use some of the other pieces soon. How I connected the lampstand to the shade. That trans-clear 4x4 dish is not supposed to fit into that net. So I forced it a little. The underside of my SNOT-y end table. You can clearly see the NBA logo and backboard printed on here. Not stickers. PRINTED. Ugh. The two pieces I used in this creation. Thanks for viewing! Please rate and comment!
