Why?
Weathertop . Attack on Weathertop is one of my favorite Lego sets I own. When I joined the two-week challenge micro-scale contest, I decided to do a mini-version of Weathertop! . This build is based on the Lego set, Attack on Weathertop. You should notice that the ground right next to the stairs is tan instead of green like the title picture. That is because I didn't want to take any pieces away from the real set. I kept the green piece on the minifigure-scale set except for the title picture. The only other piece I used from the set was a dark green cheese slope. I needed one more dark green cheese slope to complete my micro-scale set, but I didn't have any more, so I used one from the minifigure-scale set. See if you can spot the place from where I took the cheese slope! First off, here are some overview pictures. I wanted to experiment with a greenish background color, let me know what you think! I didn't want that color background for the entire build, so the rest of the pictures have white backgrounds. From here-on, the background is white. A nice view of the staircase. Some views of the top of the building. Micro-build Minifigure-scale build For the rest of these pictures, I first have a picture of just the micro-build, then the following picture is with both sets next to each other. The title picture once more. Thanks for looking, God bless! David the Fire Ninja Jedi
