Nemesis: Pirai . And how can you stand to destroy yourself? . Here's a rant about the MOC, which is obviously my entry for the Self-MOC Off Tournament entry round. This is a representation of a manifestation of a sort of "inner dark" for Pirai. It draws from his guilt at being one of the last surviving Fe-Matoran/Fe-Toa, and from the hidden potential of his sheer destructive power of a Toa of Iron, etc. That sounded way too dramatic. Anyway, it's a lot like NegaScott, if you know what I'm talking about, which you probably don't, and should google. An evil side ("twin") that you think you'll have to fight, but you really just get rid of by coming to terms with it, and eventually it'll end up as your friend or something. Iggy's the only one who gives a damn about backstory, so I don't know why I added all that up there. Meh. Physical similarities of the MOC include upper right arm, torso, head, upper legs and knees, feet, awesomeness, and being badass. Intentional differences (because opposites!) include mostly black armor (original has no black parts at all), cannon arm, no heartlight. Anyway I kinda figured it was a bad idea to reuse the exact same designs, but being lazy and halfassed, I did it anyway... the "twin" has the exact same waist design, exact same upper leg design (minus one piece of armor because I have no black half bushings), same internal head design, same upper arm design, and, uh, the same awesomeness design as the normal Pirai. I wouldn't have used these colors but I have no black hockey heads and no green ones... I guess I can just explain the colors being the way they are because black and orange is the default scheme for a Toa of Iron, and Pirai isn't those colors (if you couldn't tell), so it's the whole inner evil/self thing all over again. He isn't named this, but for ease of commenting, feel free to call him Iarip, Dark Pirai, NegaPirai, etc. If you somehow haven't noticed, I've been expanding my reach. -> flickr (add me as a contact!) -> BZPower (add me as a friend!) -> YouTube (comment/like/subscribe!) -> CBW (er... nothing to do there really) Before ANYONE comments on the head, yes, I obviously did change it (along with much of the Resurgent form build). This change happened quite soon after I posted the previous version of Pirai in November. The only reason for the wolf head was that it looked kinda cool; it had no significance to me. People had pointed out that the wolf helmet was too small on the body, which I agreed with, and I had some alternate plans anyway. So here we are; new head. It's here to stay, so if you don't like it, you'd better deal with it. Pirai is otherwise the same. Again, just want to say, good luck to everyone in the SMOT! If you haven't heard about it, I encourage you to compete- there's still time to join! Thank you for visiting. Have a great day.
