Alberta Ghost Town House . . My fascination with Alberta’s ghost towns and their history seemed like a suitable point of reference for this contest. I used a photograph as my inspiration. Although I am unsure of the subject of the picture, it is typical of the turn-of-the-century style that prevailed locally, in Alberta, Canada. Obviously I used some artistic licence - mandated by my selection of Lego bricks! O was quite happy with the end result, especially with the use of flags for the torn curtains and some bent arms for the window frames. I also added small round, colourless, clear plates to represent broken glass around the building. The second floor has broekn, disjointed floorboards and there is a staircase from the main floor.
