S.H.I.P Work In Progress (Stage 1) . With the new Mars Mission sets out I was inspired to build a quality Mars Mission creation. . With the new Mars Mission sets out I was inspired to build a quality Mars Mission creation. After weeks of planning the idea finally came to mind late one night in a hotel room, I should build a Mars Mission SHIP, a first! Not only do I want to build a Mars Mission SHIP I want to strive and build the largest Mars Mission SHIP to date (big dreams for a 12 year-old). I set out to acomplish this daunting task and so far I have this: The SHIP already measures over a ft. and 1/3 long. I am planning to make this an aircraft carrier of sorts, only it carries spacecraft. The long framework section will be used to hold little snub fighters like this: I am generally happy with how the snub fighters turned out but my only current complaint is the number of astronauts the craft can hold. For what I have been able to acomplish so far the craft (It also needs a name) can only hold seven astronauts. Four Marines/Pilots, one Combat Engineer, one Pilot, and a Squadron Commander. If you have any comments or suggestions feel totally free to give me your ideas. Constructive critisism is welcome! Leg Godt, Shbagoogly
