Volkswagen 1500 Wagon . This is one of my favorite classic cars, the Volkswagen 1500 Variant Wagon Squareback. Long name, sweet car! I decided to build one off of a model car I have. I think it turned out okay, but I think it needs some sort of improvement... . I tried a new technique to get skinny tailights. Unfortunately this makes the back way too boxy. Side view. No classic Volkswagen is complete without a surfboard! Okay, to be honest, I won't be doin' any surfing where I live... Here is the model I based the 4-wide off of. Yeah, the model is way cooler... The back of both of the cars. The 1500 was unique because the engine was in the rear, hidden under the floor. That way you could store stuff in the back and the front!
