Battle for the mines . The 211 legion battles for control over a crystal mine . The 211 legion has almost completely wiped the CIS off the planet Bathra. In a desperate attempt to seize the Clone crystal mines, the droids launch a devastating attack. Coming from within the mine, the legion defenders struggle to hold any ground outside, while Sepratist forces continue to push ever closer to the entrance. As the battle unfolds, only one side will come away with the crystal mines.(As a side note, I stopped photoshopping after the first few because I wanted you all to be able to see the photo, after you had seen them shoot at each other :) Here is an over head picture of the battle. the clones desperately trying to push back the droids have heavy losses on both the rail car platform, and the marshes. The clones suffer heavy losses where as the droids have experienced minimal losses. As the battle continues, two jedi fight for supremacy on the rail car station, a new garrison arrives out of the mine from the rail lines, the clones are losing terribly on the marshes and on the platform. Here is where the clones stage an attempt to repel droid forces coming into the mine VIA rail car lines. The rail car is responsible for carrying all mined crystals outside of the mountain, and eventually ends up in an underground depot. The lookout clones, trying to fight have been quickly blown off the platform, where as the reinforcement garrison struggles to climb the rail car lines. The droids, already taking half of the railway, are in a better defensive position and hold the clones off multiple times. A jedi knight and sith lord duke it out on the biggest part of the rail system. As the jedi knight lunges towards the sith, he is quickly repelled by the siths force push. As the Jedi is pushed away he prepares to kick his admissary before he has a chance to strike. Things are not looking good for the jedi. As the battle wages on, a well placed grenade throws a clone off of the outside surveillance platform. Another clone, the captain of the security force was quickly lunged off his speeder and thrown into the river where he struggles to shoot at his opponents and swim to safety. As the clones on the bridge and in the swamp dwindle in numbers, a new clone garrison rushes out of the mine after a mine car to aide their comrades. Because the doors of the mine do not open unless a mine car comes through, the clones are forced to wait behind the car till it clears the rail way. The droid units from the swamp have the most firepower on the clones. With a STAP and droid transport, many droids are shuffled in through the tightly packed and well covered plants. As the STAP gives cover fire, and the droidekas lead the way, the droids quickly push through the swamp. Here is a front view of the battle.
